Role overview:

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product backlog and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Ensure the vision and strategies of the stakeholders are clearly understood and being implemented within the product
  • Gain a deep understanding for user needs and collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize feature requests that lead to value creation
  • Publish, communicate, and refine the product roadmap that is based on business value and aligned with strategic priorities
  • Translate vision and strategy into product requirements and facilitate the execution of initiatives from design to development to release
  • Understand the changing market landscape and leading practices
  • Responsible for items within team backlog - managing, refining, and prioritizing with the team; drive sprint goals and participate in scrum events.
  • Create work items in stories in backlog.
  • Work closely with engineering and QA to validate that the work item meets acceptance criteria.
  • Contribute towards internal and external roadmap execution, including working directly with internal stakeholders and external customers to understand product needs.
  • Other duties as determined by management.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of product management & product owner experience (or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills to navigate a matrixed organization, tell compelling stories with ease to senior executives, and inspire teams about product direction and goals.
  • Ability to proactively identify impediments on the critical path and remove them
  • A structured problem-solving approach to help a teamwork through a wide range of issues.
  • Intellectual curiosity for emerging technologies and engineering challenges
  • Ability to prioritize across different types of value dimensions
  • Ability to actively seek out multiple opinions, yet make independent decisions and influence positive outcomes
  • Experience designing or utilizing APIs to consume and share data
  • Passion for user experience design
  • Ability to lead meetings that drive outcomes and expected results
  • Experience implementing projects using Agile methodologies
  • Comfortable conducting user research / focus groups
  • Ability to create wireframes and mockups.

Role overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales account executive to join our Sales department. You will act as a liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Sales account executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end while working with leaders across our team to ensure our organization hits our sales and revenue goals. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.

 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Identify new potential customers.
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
  • Land: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion opportunities
  • Evangelize the product and personally help close deals.
  • Work collaboratively across teams - including Operations, Product and Marketing
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives.
  • Assist in the development of the sales plan. Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, and financial forecasting.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics in order to provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
  • Supervise and manage opportunity related communication.
  • Stay up to date with new features and product launches.
  • Other duties as determined by management.

 

Requirements:

  • Hands on experience in Customer Success
  • An ability to understand clients needs and to increase customer engagement
  • Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and time-management skills
  • BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field preferred

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze user requirements, design, develop, test and deploy various client-servers, web-based software applications.
  • Coordinate the design of logical and physical database structures.
  • Prepare the Functional/Technical design documents to meet the System requirements, as needed.
  • Gather and interpret functional specifications and user requirements.
  • Perform software integration and testing, and develop enhancements, modifications/debugging and develop custom components; and coordinate user training and technical documentation as needed.
  • Design and create new customer experience applications.
  • Update/redesign/scale current platform.
  • Participate in code review.
  • Responsible for providing solutions from existing application in delivering solution.
  • Travel to various unanticipated locations in the United States to interact with clients and train end users for short or long term assignments.

 

Work Schedule

8:30 am – 5:30 pm; 40 Hrs/week (M-F)

 

 

Job Requirements

MS or Foreign equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related field + 1 year of relevant IT experience using .Net Core, C#.Net, SoapUI, Webservice, DBx.DB2, SQLServer, WebAPI, Ajax, and nUnit Technologies. Employer will accept BS or Foreign Equivalent in Applied Computer Science/Computer Information Systems/Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of relevant IT experience using .Net Core, C#.Net, SoapUI, Webservice, DBx.DB2, SQLServer, WebAPI, Ajax, and nUnit Technologies.
